In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel. <\/li>
Read and employ math skills to follow recipes assigned to you in that specific section. <\/li>
Control and manage food waste in your assigned section and also in the kitchen in general. <\/li>
Be hands on in regard to training and assigning jobs to the Chefs in -charge in the kitchen <\/li>

Requirements<\/h3>
Degree in Culinary Arts <\/li>
Has worked in the same position for at least 1 year in a high -end establishment <\/li>
Needs to be able to come up with last -minute requests for VIP clients <\/li>
Expertise in food product, presentation, quality<\/b>, and preparation along with menu concept and design <\/li>
