Control Tower Specialist

We’re hiring a Control Tower Specialist to join our high-impact supply acquisition team. In

this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring day-to-day supply coverage and identifying

real-time operational issues—while also looking beyond the moment to spot patterns,

inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The Control Tower is the bridge between

execution and strategy, and your insights will directly influence how we plan, react, and

improve.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fleet/logistics management, or service

coordination.

• Strong analytical thinking—comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance

dashboards.

• Quick decision-making skills and a calm, proactive approach during pressure situations.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with on-ground teams and providers.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, depending on the

operation's needs.
