Our client is a fast-growing construction company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Lead and manage construction projects through all phases, from initial conception to final completion.

  • Conduct comprehensive project reviews to develop detailed schedules and accurate cost estimates.

  • Supervise both onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of construction personnel and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations related to project performance.

  • Monitor daily progress of construction work and address any issues promptly.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project status for both internal stakeholders and external parties.

  • Anticipate potential challenges, proactively planning to prevent issues and resolving problems as they arise.

  • Negotiate contractual terms, draft agreements, and secure all necessary permits and licenses.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on schedule and quality.

  • Uphold stringent quality standards by ensuring proper construction techniques are employed throughout the project.

  • Execute additional duties as assigned by company executives.


Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction management, specifically focused on large-scale hotel and resort developments.

  • Demonstrated proven experience in construction management roles.

  • In-depth expertise in construction management methodologies, processes, and techniques.

  • Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction details, and applicable regulations, standards, and quality requirements.

  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction lifecycle.

  • Proficiency with construction management software tools.

  • Strong ability to plan strategically and maintain a holistic perspective on projects.

  • Skilled in managing conflicts and crisis situations effectively.

  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing human resources.

  • Exceptional skills in time management and project coordination.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
