About the Role
As a Concierge Host, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage storage, pick-up and delivery of parcels, newspaper and messages.
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, visa applications and transportation requests.
- Provide updated recommendations on restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Concierge Department of luxury Hotels.
- Reliable, customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
