• 2 × Commis Chef – Cold Section
• 2 × Commis Chef – Grill Section
• 1 × Commis Chef – Breakfast Section

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service within the assigned kitchen section
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times
• Support senior chefs during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health standards
• Assist with basic stock handling and mise en place

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred
• Basic culinary skills with a strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service setting
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• ZAR 5,614 per month
• Annual leave (statutory)
