Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen

  • Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically

  • Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards

  • Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately

  • Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff

  • Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests

 

 

About You:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role (restaurant and/or hotel background required)

  • Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure

  • Skilled in time management and organisation
