Hourly rate\: £11.50/hour plus service charge and overtime paid (based on the 39h/w contract) – also £1,500 sign-on Bonus (£500 after 12 weeks and £1000 after 1 year)

Our Commis Chef can also benefit from our training and gather experience from a diversified range of services including, A la Carte, Menu, Conferences, and Banqueting.

Shifts\: Early and late (8am-4pm or 3pm - 10pm)

What are we looking for?

• Previous Line Chef / Commis Chef experience.
• The ability to adapt and make changes quickly ensures the highest standards are retained.
