We are hiring a Commis 1 / 2 – Kitchen Assistant / Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations in our central kitchen. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about food preparation and kitchen hygiene. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team, working directly with chefs to ensure high standards in food quality, preparation, and cleanliness.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a line cook during daily production
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and general kitchen duties
  • Prepare ingredients as required for meals and packing
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
  • Receive and organize food inventory using the FIFO method
  • Support ad-hoc kitchen tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant kitchen experience preferred (but not essential)
  • Basic spoken English (Cantonese a plus)
  • Familiarity with food production, handling, and hygiene standards
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Responsible, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
