Job Description

•Oversee the finance and accounting department of 1 operating property (Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit) and prepare the opening and launching of a resort property which is due to open in Q1 - 2026 under the MGallery brand. 

•Work closely with the operation departments, sales and revenue team in preparation and management of the department’s budget and financial forecasts.

•Lead and conduct monthly P&L performance meetings and suggest performance improvements.

•Liaise with the owning company in regards to financial statement, balance sheets and audits.  

•Position is based in Bangkok at Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Director of Finance in an international brand.

• Excellent managerial, leadership and analytical skills.

• Strong in back-office systems (Sun, opera) and required MS office software.

• Detail oriented with good follow up and coaching skills.

• Confident in cost of sales and related food and beverage performance analysis.

• Pre-opening experience would be an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
