We’re recruiting at Lone Pine Barracks, Singleton, and are seeking experienced culinary professionals and aspiring chefs to join our established catering team. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Positions

Chefs (Full-Time)
• Prepare and cook quality meals in line with menu and service requirements
• Maintain kitchen standards, food safety and hygiene compliance

Breakfast Cook (Part-Time)
• Prepare and deliver breakfast service to Defence personnel
• Support kitchen operations during morning service periods

Apprentice Chefs (Full-Time)
• Complete on-the-job training while working toward a recognised qualification
• Support kitchen operations and learn all aspects of food preparation and service

The Person
• Passion for food and pride in delivering quality meals
• Reliable, team-focused and safety conscious
• Relevant experience for chef roles
• Willingness to learn and develop for apprentice roles

Candidates will be required to undertake an Australian National Police Check. This will be paid for by the Company.
