THE ROLE
- Manage a small team both back and front of house, overseeing food production and service for all onsite retail catering and functions and events activity
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
THE PERSON
- Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Experienced in bulk cooking and functions catering
- A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
