Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality, seasonal dishes with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

- Work closely with the front of house manager and kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.

- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development and presentation.
