This role involves creating a selection of dishes inspired by vibrant flavours from around the world, serving up to 200 covers per service.

The restaurant boasts an impressive array of live cooking stations and access to the finest seasonal ingredients, some of which are grown on the hotel's grounds. This presents an exciting opportunity to refine various skills and techniques as you will have the chance to create dishes tailored to each guest's palate.
