We are so excited to be assisting one of the UK’s most spectacular five-star hotels, known for its impeccable service, exceptional dining, and breathtaking setting. They are searching for a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join their award-winning kitchen team.

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the hotel’s elegant à la carte restaurant, where modern British cuisine is crafted using seasonal ingredients, many sourced directly from the hotel’s own kitchen garden.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Taking responsibility for your own section and ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes
• Supporting senior chefs with daily prep and service in a busy fine-dining environment
• Helping to develop and test new seasonal dishes and menu ideas
• Upholding top-tier food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
• Guiding and mentoring junior members of the brigade
