Job Description

We are assisting a luxurious hotel located in Hampshire, they are seeking an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team.

The hotel takes pride in the provenance of the dishes it produces. Therefore, you will be creating a variety of seasonal dishes using produce grown in the hotel’s spectacular kitchen garden. Additionally, you will work under an outstanding Head Chef who will help elevate your skill set.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• £36,500 per annum package (£14.62 per hour)
• Working 48 hours per week

• Making the most of the fresh produce grown in the hotel’s amazing kitchen garden

• Using your keen eye for detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
• Making the most of the hotel’s training and development opportunities to elevate your skillset
