We are so excited to continue collaborating with an esteemed group of hotels located across the UK. One of their stunning properties, a recently renovated luxury boutique hotel in a picturesque village near Oxfordshire, is seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join their 2 Rosette kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Assisting in the creation of a variety of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
- Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
- Making the most of the hotel’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Showcasing high-quality communication and teamwork skills
Working alongside a truly wonderful Head Chef and an award-winning team, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your culinary skillset. You will help craft a wide array of classic British dishes with modern twists, using the very best locally sourced ingredients.
