London’s award-winning hospitality studio, Studio Paskin, is expanding its portfolio with a new opening in the vibrant Sydney suburb of Paddington. With over 25 years of industry experience, they’re bringing one of their celebrated brands, The Palomar — proudly awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2014 — to our community. The Palomar’s menu draws from the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Levant – brought to life in an open kitchen centered around a wood fire grill, working with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from small artisans and growers.
Jacob The Angel is Studio Paskin’s coffee house, eatery and bakery. Attracting an intergenerational crowd, the space will be filled with those coming to enjoy a read, a long chat or simply a coffee and pastry. or to take a beverage and pastry to go.

This is a role for a morning person who wants to join our pre-opening kitchen team. You’ll be the first to switch on the lights, the heartbeat of our mornings, and the one setting the tone for our guests’ day with simple, thoughtful and flavourful breakfast plates.
Whether it’s a flaky pastry from our bakery or the perfect poached egg, your attention to detail and pride in your craft will bring comfort, delight and a reason for our guests to keep coming back.
