Chef de Partie

Salary £30k per annum plus paid overtime, free gym membership, free parking, meals on duty.  (40 hours per week). 

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a prestigious venue in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire. As a Chef de Partie you will play a key role in this busy kitchen helping with the creation of high quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients. You will work with our team of superstar chefs ensuring the smooth running of your section whilst maintaing the highest standards of food prep and presentation. 

What will I be doing:

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in your designated section
• Assist senior chefs in menu development and daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Support in the training and development of junior chefs 
• Contribute to stock control and ordering.
