Our client is a refined private members’ club with a proud culinary reputation, offering everything from relaxed daytime dining to elegant banqueting experiences. They are now seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join their large and well-established kitchen team.

- £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Preparing and cooking dishes to an exceptional standard across various kitchen sections
- Maintaining consistency and quality during both day and evening service
- Supporting senior chefs with menu development and new dishes
- Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Taking pride in organisation, presentation and teamwork
