Chef de Cuisine (Chinese Cuisine) - International Hotel, Davao City, Philippines
An international hotel is in need of a Chef de Cuisine specializing in authentic Chinese Cuisine. The successful candidate, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, will be responsible for the Chinese kitchen operations, ensuring to serve delectable Chinese dishes to guests.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary, or related discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role for an international hotel brand, specializing in Chinese cuisine
Experience in menu and recipe development
Ability to speak and write in English Language
Possesses the passion and creativity in developing new dishes
A “HACCP” champion
Ability to formulate policies and procedures
Exceptional leadership and ability to be an inspiration to the team
Willingness to be based in Davao City, Philippines
Hong Kong Chinese national would be an advantage
