Job Description

As a Pastry Chef you will:

• Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
• Take responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place
• Be responsible for working the pastry section in the kitchen and maintaining high standards in preparation and serving of food
• Aid in the development of Dessert menus

Qualifications

We are looking for previous experience in a Pastry or Bakery setting:

• At least one year experience in commercial kitchens or bakery
