THE POSITION:
- Lead and support catering operations for school groups, corporate events, and daily service
- Create safe, nutritious meals while confidently managing dietary and allergen requirements for children
- Deliver consistently high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Take ownership of food costs through smart portion control, minimal waste, and efficient stock management
THE PERSON:
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential for Chef applicants)
- Hands-on experience in bulk or high-volume kitchens, with a strong team-focused approach
- Confident knowledge of allergen management, dietary requirements, and kitchen compliance
- Eligible to obtain or currently hold a Working With Children Check
