Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly by supporting chefs and maintaining hygiene standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in hospitality.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, surfaces, and equipment

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required

• Remove rubbish and recycling from kitchen areas

• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring correct stock rotation

• Support chefs and front-of-house staff when needed

• Follow all health & safety and food hygiene procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good time management and organisation skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
