Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Level Captain for our restaurant located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive excellent service and enjoy their dining experience. As a Captain, you will work closely with the restaurant team to maintain high standards of service quality while enhancing the dining experience for our patrons.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have effective customer service skills to provide exceptional dining experiences and meet guest expectations (Mandatory skill).
  • Must understand food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for customers and staff (Mandatory skill).
  • Should possess skills in menu development to create and adapt offerings that appeal to the restaurant's clientele and enhance variety (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities to guide and motivate staff towards achieving service excellence and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Proficient in restaurant operations management to oversee daily activities and optimize service delivery and profitability.
  • Possesses strong conflict resolution abilities to handle challenges promptly and maintain a positive atmosphere for staff and guests.
  • Experience in staff training and development to improve team skills and ensure consistent high-quality service standards.
  • Effectively manages time to prioritize tasks, streamline processes, and maintain efficient restaurant operations during peak hours.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the entire dining process to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and manage service staff, fostering a collaborative environment while upholding high service standards.
  • Liaise between the kitchen and service staff to guarantee prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements for a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff performance and elevate service quality.
