1. Under the arrangement of the head chef, responsible for the processing and preparation of various dishes, ensuring food quality.
2. Strictly follow the working schedule, not leave the post without permission, not be absent from your post, and not move to other posts. Ensure that the cafeteria opens on time.
3. Strictly implement the "Food Hygiene Law", maintain the hygiene of the cafeteria, and ensure that there are no expired or deteriorated food.
4. When on duty as a chef, one must wear complete work clothes. Smoking is not allowed in the kitchen. Without permission, no use of cafeteria items is allowed.
5. Responsible for card-based meal counting and statistics. Those without a meal card are not allowed to eat.
6. Obey the arrangements of the head chef, maintain kitchen equipment, and complete all pre- and post-meal tasks.
