Job Summary
We are looking for a strong, result driven individual, who has in depth experience in indirect material procurement, to support our Vietnam Business and drive sustainable and cost competitive supplies for indirect material and services. This is a permanent position based in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam Office), and an individual contributor position that requires you to work with Tetra Pak business stakeholders and Market Company teams in Vietnam and the ASEAN region.
What you will do
As a Buyer in Tetra Pak, you will:
- Responsible and work closely with Category Team in the development and execution of category management strategies for HR & Professional Services, Marcom, Transport & Travel in Vietnam and ASEAN market.
- Own all strategic and operational duty related to assigned category, including, but not limited to, manage data integrity in Master Data Management system, review and ensure the processing of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP & Ariba, working closely with Shared Service Center within our compliance and reporting.
- Contract life cycle management.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify the most suitable supplier solution for a given requirements in the category as requested.
- Manage and own the annual spend for the category and to secure a sustainable competitive cost base.
- Drive continuous improvement of Cost and Supplier performance.
- Ensure high leverage in Supplier selection, approval, negotiations and performance management.
- Apply total cost of ownership and demand management in selection and performance process.
- Build Supplier Relationship and drive Partnership and collaboration at all levels
We believe you have
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Indirect Material Strategic Sourcing and / or Corporate Services (HR, Marcom, Professional Services) in MNCs
- Knowledge in SAP, Ariba and Business Object would be preferred
- Focus on performance and delivery of accurate and timely results
- Experience in managing stake holders in matrix organization in an international environment
