Role: Business Process Designer

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Shift: US & EMEA
Analyze, improve, and manage business workflows.
Engage stakeholders, build rapport, and enable smooth change management.
Lead PODs/workstreams, allocate work, track deliverables, and mentor team members.
Ensure accuracy of change tasks, monitor health of changes, and escalate risks.
Support users in tools/processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years of hospitality/hotel/aviation/travel industry experience.
Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
Good to Have:
Experience in application transformation projects.
Should Have (any one):
Data skills (migration/transformation, 2+ years).
Functional/analysis experience with clients (2+ years).
Change management experience in transformation programs (2+ years).
