Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, improve, and manage business workflows.

  • Engage stakeholders, build rapport, and enable smooth change management.

  • Lead PODs/workstreams, allocate work, track deliverables, and mentor team members.

  • Ensure accuracy of change tasks, monitor health of changes, and escalate risks.

  • Support users in tools/processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Skills Required

Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality/hotel/aviation/travel industry experience.

  • Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).

Good to Have:

  • Experience in application transformation projects.

Should Have (any one):

  • Data skills (migration/transformation, 2+ years).

  • Functional/analysis experience with clients (2+ years).

  • Change management experience in transformation programs (2+ years).
