• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various hotel systems, including property management, point-of-sale, and customer relationship management.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards to visualize data insights, trends, and recommendations for hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing.

• Guest Satisfaction Analysis: Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the guest experience.

• Revenue Management Analysis: Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for optimizing room rates, occupancy, and revenue.

• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hotel industry.

• Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity by maintaining accurate and up to date data and identifying/ resolving data discrepancies.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate data insights and recommendations to hotel stakeholders, including hotel management, revenue management, and marketing teams in consultation with the management.

Educations Qualification & Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry/ travel & Tourism

• Should be proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Should be excellent in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preference will be given to the candidate who is from hospitality background, preferably in a resort kind of setup.
