We are so excited to be partnering with a beautifully restored 18th-century inn, reopening soon after an impressive £3 million refurbishment. Boasting 2 AA Rosettes, charming boutique bedrooms, and a thriving on-site market garden, this gastropub offers a kitchen that values quality, creativity, and fresh, seasonal produce.

As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll take charge of delivering a standout morning menu, setting the tone for an exceptional day. You’ll be running your section confidently, creating dishes that highlight the very best ingredients and provide guests with a memorable start to their day.

• £31,200 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
• Live-in accommodation available at £40 per week
• Working 40 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef…

• Managing the breakfast kitchen section, consistently producing dishes to a high quality
• Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, including produce from the on-site market garden
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
• Assisting with stock rotation, daily prep, and sharing ideas to enhance the breakfast offering
