Multiple locations across KSA
Depending on your position and section (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry), responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with Somewhere brand standards.
Supporting daily kitchen operations across various sections (pastry, hot kitchen, cold kitchen).
Assisting in mise en place and service execution under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
Contributing to recipe development, innovation, and seasonal menu updates.
Monitoring portion and waste control to support cost management.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes and baked goods.
Training and mentoring junior team members (CDP and DCDP levels).
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferably in upscale casual or fine dining concepts).
Strong culinary and plating skills; knowledge of international cuisines is a plus.
For Pastry roles: experience in desserts, pastries, doughs, and chocolate work.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within a team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Passion, creativity, and a strong eye for detail.
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
