Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience as a beverage manager
    • Proven ability to curate a thoughtful, well-priced, and unique wine list
    • Experience in inventory, wine sourcing, vendor relations, and wine education for staff
Responsibilities:
    • Maintains optimal inventory levels of wine, beverages, and related supplies, ensuring alignment with the outlet's Standard Operating Procedures and Service Guarantees.
    • Evaluates and tastes wines and other beverages for potential inclusion in the beverage program, while managing purchasing and requisitions to maintain appropriate beverage cost controls.
    • Leads and actively participates in wine service during operating hours, engaging with guests throughout the restaurant to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
