Bartender/Mixologist

General responsibilities inlclude:

• General bar preparation and maintenance.
• Preparing and setting up proper garnish
• Preparing ingredients for batched cocktails
• Perform bar/restaurant opening and closing duties
• Know/learn the bar's menu, including seasonal craft cocktail menu, and special offerings.
• Engage customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Creativity in crafting new and innovative cocktails.
• Willingness to contribute to the development of new drink recipes and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on craft cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, especially classic cocktails and including craft spirits and local ingredients.
• Proficient in cocktail preparation, mixology, and presentation
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patrons and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
• Well-organized and capable of maintaining a clean and tidy bar area.
