Join our dynamic team as a Bartender in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality scene! We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in one of the world's most exciting destinations.

• Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to meet our guests' preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and local UAE liquor laws
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and mixology techniques
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bartending certification preferred
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required
• Knowledge of UAE liquor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Keen attention to detail for accurate drink preparation and garnishing
