As a Bartender at MAR Y SOL, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails with precision and consistency while providing warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service.

- Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cocktail ingredients, including flavor profiles and proper usage
- Guide guests through the cocktail menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on preferences
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized bar at all times
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Assist with inventory management, tracking supplies, and monitoring stock levels
- Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities led by management or the Beverage Director
- Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment, with a strong focus on craft cocktails
- In-depth knowledge of mixology principles, classic and modern cocktail recipes, and drink-making techniques
- Creative palate with an eye for balanced, innovative cocktail development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
