The Bartender crafts beverages according to Lombardi Family Concepts standards and is responsible for all aspects of the bar – sets up and stock products for each shift, maintains storage areas and cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all equipment, utensils and tools.

Additionally Responsibilities:
  • Verify all guests are of legal age to consume alcohol
  • Provide a positive and friendly guest experience
  • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages by tending to detail and presentation of each order
  • Keep a clean and sanitized bar area
  • Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
  • Assess guest preferences and make drink recommendations
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant required
  • Current Food Handlers and TABC
  • Knowledge and passion for wine, beer and craft cocktails
  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
  • Familiar with POS system
  • Friendly and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms
