We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Moustache Escapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with our menu and recipes.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking ingredients, glassware, and utensils.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Create unique and innovative cocktails, while also being proficient in classic cocktail recipes.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately for processing payments.
• Engage with guests, making them feel comfortable and appreciated while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
• Upsell and promote special drinks or events to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of drink mixing techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch drinks.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
