The Position

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• Responsible for the maintenance, and daily cleaning of the machine
• Strong understanding of adjusting the grind and dialing in
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Being versatile as sometimes you may need to assist the wider team

The Person

• Experience in a relevant position highly regarded
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Excellent communication skills and confident working independently
• Capable of thriving within a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Strong commitment to the team driven by a solid work ethic
