We are seeking experienced Corporate Baristas to join our casual pool working across elite corporate venues in Sydney CBD. This role suits someone who brings technical skill, elegance and a genuine love for high quality coffee.

THE POSITION
• Provide exceptional customer service with warm and professional interaction
• Create quality beverages with strong knowledge of brewing methods and grind adjustment
• Work with speed and precision while managing settings across machines and grinders
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in busy premium environments
• Offer a personal touch while delivering efficient service
• Complete daily cleaning, maintenance and step down procedures

THE PERSON
• 2-5 yrs experience in premium coffee service
• Passionate about hospitality and coffee culture
• Strong presentation with excellent attention to detail
• Weekday availability
• Comfortable using a variety of coffee machines
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Holds a barista certificate with confident latte art skills
