Whether it's a quick cafecito at the Ventanita or a sit-down family meal, we pride ourselves on "La Familia" service. We are looking for a Barista who can handle the heat of the morning rush with speed, precision, and a welcoming smile.

The Role: What You'll Do

• Master the Machine: Pull perfect shots of espresso for Café con Leche, Coladas, Cortaditos, and our signature specialty coffee drinks.

• The Ventanita Experience: Serve as the face of Sergio's for our walk-up customers-speed and personality are key here!

• Quality Control: Ensure every cup meets Sergio's standards for sweetness, temperature, and foam.

• Pairing Experts: Suggest the perfect croqueta or pastelito to go with a customer's coffee order.

• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless coffee station and ensure all sugar and stirring supplies are fully stocked.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume café or restaurant preferred.

• Knowledge of Cuban coffee styles (you know exactly what a Colada is and how to share it!).

• Availability to work early morning shifts (our regulars need their caffeine early!).

• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and work in a high-temperature environment (especially near the Ventanita).
