We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in baking and pastry preparation. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing a variety of high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings aligned with customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area as per food safety standards.
Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of baking ingredients.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and service.
2–3 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Creativity and passion for baking with attention to detail.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends if required.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Certification or diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in a reputed bakery or hotel kitchen.
