- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods from scratch using traditional and modern techniques.
- Follow established recipes and develop new baked items in collaboration with the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the baking area.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and baked items.
- Manage baking production timelines to ensure items are fresh and ready for service.
- Assist with menu development for breakfast, brunch, events, and specialty occasions.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and local health regulations at all times.
