We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most prestigious 5-star country house hotels, home to a beautifully refined 3 Rosette restaurant that celebrates seasonality, elegance, and exceptional service.
They’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests enjoy a consistently outstanding fine dining experience.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

- £34,490 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge
- Staff accommodation is available if required
- Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotel’s award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant
- Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction
- Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable
- Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring
This role would suit someone with proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
