Our client is a highly acclaimed gastropub with charming rooms, nestled in a picturesque Cotswold town. As part of a prestigious and expanding group celebrated for its farm-to-fork philosophy, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of their dedicated team of 16.

• £35,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge = £41,000 package

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…

• Assisting and supporting the General Manager with all restaurant operations
• Assigning duties to the team and observing their performance to ensure it aligns with the restaurant’s established procedures
• Leading, managing and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless service
• Helping the General Manager resolve any guest complaints and implement the restaurant’s service recovery process
• Working closely alongside the restaurant’s award-winning team of chefs to help elevate the food and beverage offering
• Providing outstanding training and development for the front-of-house team

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service for up to 55 covers, inspiring the team as they strive for Michelin Star recognition.
