We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at AC By Marriott Vancouver Waterfront in Vancouver, WA. This role involves supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

What you will do
- Assist in managing staff and ensuring high-quality customer service
- Oversee daily restaurant activities and ensure compliance with company standards
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure profitability

What you will bring
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, Food Handler's Card, and Washington State MAST
