Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellence quality of product and services;
  • Create SMART strategiestoensuretheachievementof sales targets;
  • Manage restaurant for forecasting, profit & loss and COGS;
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity;
  • Able to oversee handling of inventory;
  • Identify, analyze and solve problems related to operations (internal and external).


Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Assistant Restaurant Management;
  • Have a great knowledge about sales oriented;
  • Understanding of P&L report and inventory;
  • People & smile oriented, good leader, inspires people to do great performance;
  • Problem solving, communication skills, comprehend financial management skills;
  • Fluently to speak English and skilfully in Microsoft office is a must.
