Responsibilities- Ensure excellence quality of product and services;
- Create SMART strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets;
- Manage restaurant for forecasting, profit & loss and COGS;
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity;
- Able to oversee handling of inventory;
- Identify, analyze and solve problems related to operations (internal and external).
Requirements- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Assistant Restaurant Management;
- Have a great knowledge about sales oriented;
- Understanding of P&L report and inventory;
- People & smile oriented, good leader, inspires people to do great performance;
- Problem solving, communication skills, comprehend financial management skills;
- Fluently to speak English and skilfully in Microsoft office is a must.
