We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager who’s ready to support daily operations and elevate the guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and lead a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-to-day restaurant operations.
Support staff scheduling, floor supervision, and shift coordination.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service.
Monitor food quality and presentation in collaboration with the kitchen.
Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house team members.
Help implement standard operating procedures and uphold brand values.
Contribute to stock control, vendor communication, and cost management.
Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant management role.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in POS systems and general restaurant technology.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
