Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".

Who We Look For:

The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Has strong Food and Beverage background ; cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position
  • Able to operate Food & Beverage system.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of Diploma.

Responsibilities:

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Resort’s Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met, daily activities and planning for outlet operation.  
  • The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.  
  • Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.  
  • Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.   
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.   
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
