An Italian-inspired full service restaurant is seeking an experienced hospitality driven, guest-centric manager to partner with our general manager and oversee day-to-day operations. Midtown Table is part of the locally owned Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts Restaurant Group that is currently comprised of 7 restaurants under 5 different brands.

As a leader at Midtown Table, you will have a voice in decisions, initiatives and priorities that will ensure guest and employee expectations are exceeded and business goals are met.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience as salaried manager 
  • Superior guest-service skills coupled with financial acumen
  • Back of House experience a plus
  • Good knowledge of premium liquor, wine, and craft beer
  • A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop their team

 Areas of Responsibility:
  • Interview, hires, and ensures all employees receive proper training
  • Develops team members through training, motivation, and mentorship
  • Educates team members on safe work behaviors and maintains an environment that is safe both for guests and team members
  • Ensures excellent guest service and restaurant is properly staffed to exceed guestsexpectations
  • Supports execution of innovative and creative ideas that drive incremental sales and growth
  • Supports company’s strategic plan including forecasting budget management, profit & loss accountability, cost control and inventories
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
