Assistant Placement Specialist - Philippines

From managing candidate applications and screening CVs to qualifying leads and keeping our data organized and up to date, you’ll play a key role in empowering our sales teams to focus on what they do best—connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Profile Screening & Program Classification

• Review and assess incoming applications and CVs to determine eligibility for job-offer-based programs.
  
  

• Classify candidate profiles accurately according to program type and relevant sales office.
  
  

Eligibility Verification & CV Review

• Reassess candidate CVs to confirm eligibility for specific programs based on client or program criteria.
  
  

• Assist in preparing and reviewing profiles for career fairs, recruitment events, and internal presentation purposes.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and other offices, including scheduling, follow-up communication, and data entry.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
  
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital document handling
  
  

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
