Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: $65k

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of pastry kitchen experience in luxury hotel or resort settings, preferably Forbes Five Star. Strong skills in recipe development, portion control, and quality presentation.
• Proven leadership in training and mentoring pastry staff.
• Hands-on technical ability—from lamination to dessert plating—maintaining high sanitation and organizational standards.

• Assist in managing pastry brigade: recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling team members.
• Support recipe development, execute seasonal and event-driven dessert offerings.
• Control food costs and inventory; collaborate on purchasing and vendor relations.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and department compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Be present on the line—preparing baked goods, plated desserts, and specialty items—while supporting pastry leadership in strategic planning and budget control.
